A shell of dark chocolate is filled with a dark chocolate mousse and then it is drenched in white chocolate until it builds up a thick layer. It is hand finished with a flourish of milk chocolate bands.

The smooth white chocolate truffle mixture is enrobed in white chocolate and then smothered in white flakes of more white chocolate. When you bite it you will experience a satisfying ‘crack’ of chocolate, and then you come to the smooth truffle inside. At least a two bite chocolate!
